Giulia is the Frigomeccanica pastry display case, designed to show off cakes, baked goods and pralines while keeping them at the ideal serving temperature. It is built from a complete range of modules — static or fan-assisted refrigerated, heated, ambient and praline — in both straight and corner versions, all of which can be run in-line with unbroken tops. This lets you build a single continuous pastry counter that fits the layout of the workshop or shop, presenting fresh pastries, baked goods, chocolate and pralines in one display according to the needs of the business.
Refrigeration of the display surface can be fan-assisted or static, selected according to the load requirements and the type of confectionery on display: the fan-assisted version works with a thermostatic valve, the static version with a capillary tube. Condensing units can be built-in or remote, so the pastry display case adapts to the technical space available. As an option, Giulia can be equipped with the “Frigoconnect” wi-fi remote-monitoring and cloud system for HACCP, supporting temperature control and self-checking procedures.
Hygiene and durability are central to any pastry display case. Giulia’s insulated load-bearing structure and rear ventilation grilles are in AISI 304 stainless steel and CFC-free expanded polyurethane; the glass frame is anodised aluminium, the tank is aluminium with injected-polyurethane insulation, and the worktop is AISI 304 stainless steel, on a treated-steel base with adjustable feet. The straight glass is tempered. The front glass opens for easy cleaning and features an air-flow demisting system, while the standard rear enclosure uses easily removed clear Plexiglas sliding doors, with a night blind available on request.
