Twin takes a minimal approach to the refrigerated pastry display cabinet: a tubular aluminium glass structure, flat tempered and heated glazing and a downward-opening front glass. The top can be inclined, a roller blind closes the rear and lighting is LED. 120 or 137 cm high and 115 to 215 cm long, with RAL-lacquered front and sides.

With a depth of 115 cm, it can hold 16×36 pans or 25×36 wide pans. “TWIN” dual-motor system, internal or remote, reverse-cycle defrosting; available in two heights, H120 and H137 cm, with lengths for 12, 16, 18, 20 and 24 pans. All Twin showcases can be ducted together and are lit with LED lamps. The front glass opens downwards on a concealed hinge, while the rear closure is a magnetic roller blind.
