Magnum is recognisable by the sturdy straight polished stainless steel uprights, wired internally, that carry the glass structure of this pastry counter display cabinet. The inclined refrigerated top is made of removable stainless steel panels, the tempered heated front glass opens downwards and LEDs sit beneath the service ledge and on the shelves. Two heights, 120 and 137 cm, five lengths from 115 to 215 cm, in-line with the ice-cream version.

Apart from the standard refrigeration system, all ice- cream modules are available with the optional “ALL-SEASONS” function allowing conversion from freezer (- 14- 18°C) to refrigerator (+2+6°C) mode with R.H. 55%-65%. Lighting is by high-luminosity LEDs and glass panels open on concealed hinges.
