It has an openable and heated front glass while the sturdy side supports are in LED-lit plexiglass. The rear closure is made with an insulating roller blind and the motors can be internal or external.
The refrigeration is double ventilation with double air outlet adjustable according to the height of the ice cream on display. The defrosting system is a reverse cycle which ensures rapid execution while preserving the ice cream from thermal shocks. The Ghost showcase can be equipped with the 4.0 ”Frigoconnect” technology for remote control and teleassistance.
